      Rabbi, this is a most important message that you have imparted. To take it a step further, I believe our community needs to temper our use if the term "guy". My belief is many gentiles feel and some instances know it is said in derogatory ways. Indeed someone I befriended at a business conference opened up and shared his hurt, displeasure and awareness a out it. This is much like whe. some in our community use the ter "shvartza', it is distasteful and destructive. Keep this important messaging coming. KolTuv Harold Klein
