Description

This shiur begins by discussing parshas Yisro and the advice given to establish different Rabbis on different levels. From the parsha, the shiur then discusses the Halachik view on the qualifications for one to be able pasken. The shiur discusses sources in Gemara, Rishonim, and Shulchan Aruch in addition to the views of Rav Moshe Feinstein and Rav Schachter.
